Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho is a form of Natural Spiritual Healing method that was discovered by Dr.Mikao Usui in Japan. For learning Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho there are no pre-requisites. Anyone who is willing to learn can learn it. This is taught in three levels which will take you from beginner level to master teacher level where you can provide spiritual healing services and teaching it to others.

 

The three levels of Reiki are:

 

Level one/First degree/Sho-Den:

 

This is the basic or the foundation level of  Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho which focuses on how to connect with the Universal life force energies, history of Reiki, how to treat yourself with hand positions, practicing Reiki on daily basis. This level will teach you how to give healings only using touch therapy to yourself and your family members and plants, animals etc.

 

 

Level two/Second degree/Oku-Den:

 

In this you will be taught about the 3 symbols, the uses of 3 symbols, sending healing with the symbols in distance that means who is not present in-person. Also it this will be focusing on the energies for your emotional and mental health. The symbols are very powerful and you need to practice with it to gain more experience.

 

Level three/Third degree/Shinpi-Den:

 

This is the final and the last degree in which you receive your master level attunement and also master-teacher level attunement which unlocks all the Reiki potential and may be transformations start to happen. In this level, you will be taught about the master level symbol and its uses and all the process of giving attunements and teaching Reiki.
