Elemental Reiki was introduced to us by Rebecca Doolin.
The style of this Reiki energies are unique as it combines the healing energy of Reiki with Goddess, Elemental and Pagan symbology and can be used both for healing purposes and to gain a connection with the elements. The manual gives a detailed information about how to use the above symbols and also it gives additional information about chakra grounding, self-healing with hand positions, sending healings and attunement rituals. For Usui Reiki Masters, there is only one distant attunement and those who are fresher they will be getting two distant attunements and also needs to complete the exercises given in the manual. The system uses eight symbols and they are:
